Does Sleeping Directions Effect our Health


Sleep is to take the rest afforded by a suspension of voluntary bodily functions and the natural suspension, complete or partial, of consciousness; cease being awake. Physiologically, sleep is a complex process of restoration and renewal for the body.

Have you ever considered the importance of your sleeping directions? You may or may not have a preference, but your sleeping directions can directly affect your health. As per Ayurveda and astrology science sleeping directions effects your health.

Scientific Reason:
Our planet has a magnetic pole stretched from north to south with the positive pole at the north and the negative pole at the south. Our body too have a similar magnetic stretch with the positive pole at the head and the negative one at the feet.

We all know that like poles repel and unlike poles attract not only scientific but also in social spheres. 
The direction your head faces while sleeping has a strong effect on your physical and mental well-being. Head placement refers to the direction the top of your head points when lying down.
When we lay our heads on the north side, the two positive sides repel each other and there is a struggle between the two.
As the earth has a greater magnetic force, we are always the losers, and rise in the morning with headache or heaviness.

Sleeping Direction and its Effects
Head to East:
East is the best direction for sleeping .It increases memory, wisdom, mindpower ,productivity knowledge etc.
Head to West
Not a Good sleeping direction as it increases stress anxiety, sorrows , depression & other health issues. Irritability, frustration and develops emotional instability.

Earth revolves around  itself from west to east, and sun's magnetic field enters earth from east side. This magnetic force enters our head if we lie with head on the east and exits through feet, promoting cool heads and warm feet as per the laws of magnetism and electricity. When the head is laid towards the west, cool feet and hot head -- result -- an unpleasant start for morning.
Head to South:
South also a good direction for sleeping as it increases life span ,energy and body strength,
When we lay our heads in the southern direction, there is mutual attraction and we wake up fit, fresh and free, unless afflicted by some illness.

Head to North 
Worst Direction for sleeping , It leads to many health issues and decreases life span, It Brings terrible dreams and disturbed sleep. You  feel miserable. Irritability, frustration and develops emotional instability will develop. It sucks the positive vibrations while you sleep. Physical and mental health will suffer.

North  is in line with the earth's magnetic field and will create disturbance in human bodies which has high iron (hemoglobin) content and brings disease .
